Inspired by a trip to Texas A&M Libraries, Northwestern State University Librarians were determined to bring some of the ideas and programs to Watson Library. We returned inspired, but with little or no budget. The first step included creating an Outreach Committee to develop and implement programs designed to improve the student experience. The key to our success included establishing partnerships and collaboration opportunities with other university departments and campus services.
